STEP 1- TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
To get an accurate result, take your measurements dressed in light, tight-fitting clothes.
CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE
It is achieved by passing the tape measure well alongside the axillary level, so that it hugs the person.
WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure the narrowest point of the waist (the angle formed in the torso if you bend to one side).
PELVIS CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure the most protruding point of the pelvis.
HEIGHT
Measure the total height of the individual.
STEP 2-FIND YOUR SIZE
With your measurements find your corresponding size in the table below.
If your size is on the borderline between two sizes, choose the size immediately smaller or larger based on the fit you prefer: snug or comfortable.
If your chest and waist measurements do not match the same size recommended in the chart, your size will be the one corresponding to your chest circumference.

Shorts measurements
STEP 1- TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure the circumference of the waist at the narrowest point of the abdomen (the indentation that forms in the torso if you bend to one side), keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor at all times.
PELVIS CIRCUMFERENCE
Take the measurement at the point of maximum hip width, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor at all times.
INSIDE LEG TO ANKLE
Measure the length of the inside leg, from crotch to ankle
HEIGHT
Measure the total height of the individual
